Navigation is restricted and the towpath is closed at Bridge 177 on the Trent & Mersey Canal due to a fallen tree.
Contractors are currently dealing with a high volume of fallen trees following Storm Beolo, which has resulted in a delay in their attendance at the site.
An update will be provided on or before Friday, 30 October.
