Further to the notice below, please be advised that the navigation at Bridge 19, Sheffield Swing Bridge remains closed following vehicle impact damage to the structure.
Since the initial closure, our engineers have continued to assess the extent of the damage and determine the repairs required. The bridge remains closed to navigation while these assessments are carried out.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued patience and cooperation.
Further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.

Please be advised that due to Vehicle impact damage, the navigation at Bridge 19, Sheffield swingbridge is currently closed. Our operations team are currently on site to make safe and our engineers will assess damage on Friday 23rd October.
