Third-party building contractors will be onsite at bridge 65A, Trub Farm Access Bridge on the Rochdale Canal from 7am on Monday 5 Oct until 7pm on Monday 5 April 2027 to carry out construction of a new housing development near the towpath.
To be able to maintain a safe working environment, a diversion route on the towpath will be in place for the duration of these works. We would ask all customers to approach the area with caution and listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors on site.
A further update will be provided on or before Friday 5 April 2027.
