We wanted to provide you with an update that the Elsan has now been successfully unblocked and is open for use once again.

We are continuing to work with our contractors and are awaiting planned further investigations, which will help us better understand and address the underlying issue should the blockage reoccur.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and cooperation while this matter was being resolved.

We'd like to let you know that this is a complex blockage that has unfortunately been reoccurring with use and will require further investigation by our contractors to identify and resolve the underlying cause.

As a result, the Elsan facility will need to remain temporarily closed until the necessary investigations have been carried out and any required works have been completed.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work towards a long-term solution.

We will update this notice with further information as soon as there is any news to share.
