Please be advised that this has been moved to start on the 21st of September and finish on the 2nd of October.

Due to planned towpath resurfacing works, some stretch of the towpath near to Lock 3, Bottom Lock will be temporarily closed from 14/09/2026 to 25/09/2026.
The closure is necessary to ensure the safety of towpath users while improvement works are carried out.
Please follow all temporary signage and use the signed diversion route where provided.
