We have had the wasps nest professionally and removed safely. Boaters no longer need to be cautious when operating the lock.

We are advising skippers that there is a wasp nest at Linton Lock, upstream of the lock operation pontoon.
We will be organising for the nest to be removed professionally shortly, but we are adviser boaters and skippers of all crafts of its presence and to be aware it of it when operating locks.
