Navigation remains restricted at Lock 41 on the Trent and Mersey Canal due to a misaligned top paddle on the towpath side.
The engineers have completed their initial inspections, and are planning a method of repair.
A further update will be issued on Thursday 26 February.

Navigation remains restricted at Lock 41 on the Trent and Mersey Canal due to a misaligned top paddle on the towpath side.
Team have attended site and now designing a method of repair for the top paddle.
In the meantime, boaters are advised to use the offside lock, which remains fully operational.
A further update will be issued on Thursday 12 February.

Navigation is currently restricted at Lock 41 on the Trent and Mersey Canal due to a misaligned top paddle on the towpath side.
