Our pump contractors are in the process of sorting hoses required to hopefully sort the problem on site. They believe a supplier has been sourced and are looking at how soon they can have these delivered.

An update will follow as soon as we have more information on an install date.

It has still not been possible to fix the issue on site. Our contractors are liaising with a more specialist team in their organisation in order to progress this repair.

Another update will be posted when more information becomes available.

Our contractors attended yesterday 6th January, however due to the weather conditions were not able to do anything, as the equipment was all frozen up.

They will need to revisit once the weather conditions improve.

A further update will be posted regarding this as soon as we know more.

We were expecting a dual contractor visit this morning, but unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, this has not been possible.

We have requested both contractors advise a new date, but this will not be possible until the new year due to the Christmas and New Year holidays.

We will post a further update in the new year, apologies for the delayed repair.

We are currently awaiting a repair timeframe from our contractors and will update this notice as soon as further information becomes available.

The pump out only is out of order due to lack of any power.
