Following our last visit, further initial faults have been rectified, however further works were identified and are now required. Parts (replacement pipework) have been ordered with an ETA of Friday 30th January.

Attendance to site is arranged to undertake the repairs on Tuesday 3rd February.

Our contractors visited on 20th January but were unfortunately unable to complete the repair. There appears to be a blockage underground.  Our drainage contractors need to re-attend. A further update will follow as soon as we can arrange for them to return.

Our contractors had tanker issues, so were not able to attend this week, they are now going to attend next week, week commencing 19th January.

Our contractors are due to attend this week to retry clearance of the pipework. They were due to go at the end of last week but storm Goretti meant that wasn't possible.

Our contractors attended as planned but were unable to locate the blockage. We are arranging for a further joint visit to retry locating the issue.

Contractors attended site as planned and carried out the pump replacement.

However, during testing they identified a potential blockage in the drain pipe, which is preventing the pump from discharging waste as intended.

The contractors will return to site on Monday 5th to jet the pipework and carry out CCTV investigations to identify the cause of the blockage and, where possible, resolve the issue.

We will provide a further update once the investigation is complete and we can confirm whether the site can be reopened or if additional works are required.

Contractors attended on Saturday but were unable to complete the works. A return visit has been scheduled for 29/12/25 to finish the remaining work.

Contractors will be attending this site tomorrow to fix the pump. We will provide an update once we've had confirmation it has been fixed.

Our contractors will be returning to site to install the required parts between Christmas and the New Year.

Hockley Port facility remains closed due to a pump failure.

Contractors attended the site to assess the ongoing issue. We are currently awaiting a quotation to proceed with the required repair works.
