Description
Third-party contractors are carrying out a bathymetric survey of the canal between the M6 Motorway Viaduct, Rushall Junction and Biddlestone Bridge. A pontoon and a safety boat will be used to facilitate the works. Both the towpath and canal will remain open.
Any boats approaching during the survey will be asked to wait until it is safe to stop work and safely relocate the boat and pontoon to allow passage. Banksmen and signage will be in place to manage operations and control traffic.
