Description
Balfour Beatty, on Behalf of Nottingham City Council, will be installing monitoring equipment to the basin entrance walls at Trent Port Basin (450 metres downstream of Lady bay Bridge, Nottingham) as part of the new bridge project on the River Trent.
They will be utilising a four by six metre pontoon as a working platform controlled by a workboat which will be transported between Colwick Marina and the worksite on a daily basis.
The Navigation will remain open at all times, however, please pass by the pontoon slowly and with caution and follow any guidance from staff on site.
