Description
Please be advised third-party contractors will be onsite between Bridge 10, Ashton New Road Bridge and Layton Analyne Arm Swing Bridge on the Ashton Canal between Monday 7 April from 07:00 till Sunday, 11 May 19:00 to inspect a nearby washwall.
To be able to maintain a safe working environment scaffolding will be erected which will have minimal impact on the towpath, maintaining the existing width.
Whilst this will not impact on canal navigation, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors onsite.
