Description
Please be advised navigation closure at Lock 9 on the Ashton Canal due to the lock gate has become dislodged, making it inoperable.
The local team are aware and are in the process of repairing the lock gate.
An update will be provided Thursday 5 September.
Updates
We are pleased to advise navigation is now open at Lock 9 on the Ashton Canal after a successful repair of the lock gate.
