We have completed the work to Lock 15. Boaters can now proceed as normal.

The towpath side, bottom lock gate paddle remains out of action on Lock 15 of the Northampton Arm.

Further work is still required, but we aim to have the repairs completed by the 13th September.

Boaters can still operate the lock, but are asked to proceed with care and follow any advice from our colleagues on site.

We will update this notice by 4pm on the 13th September or sooner if we have further information.

Due to complications, the repairs are going to take longer then expected.

We will be back on site tomorrow to continue with the replacement of the bolts which have come off one of the brackets for this paddle.
