Description
Please be advised that third party contractors are carrying out repairs to an oil leaking cable at the bottom of the southern towpath embankment between Brickfield Turnover Bridge and Scott Bridge (Newton Rd Bridge).
Navigation and towpath will remain open but please be advised that Heras fencing panels will be installed at the back of the southern towpath to secure the works area, and small plant will track occasionally along the towpath to facilitate the works.
Signage and banksmen will be present to direct traffic when required. Please, take extra care whilst passing through this section of the towpath.
