Description
Low Lane Swing Bridge has developed an electrical fault,
The bridge is currently out of order, navigation is not possible at this time, contactors have been instructed to attend.
We will be offering assisted passage at 10am and 2pm whilst the issue has been resolved.
Updates
The Bridge has now been repaired and the navigation restriction is lifted.
7/30/2024The fault has recurred, necessitating an additional part.
We will provide assisted passage at 10 AM and 2 PM until the issue is resolved.
We will update this notice by 4 PM on Friday at the latest.
7/24/2024The Bridge has now been repaired and the navigation restriction is lifted.
7/24/2024Our mechanical and engineering team are actively working on a repair, the bridge will be closed to navigation and the restricted passage times remain in place until the repair has been successful.
Assisted passage will be available daily at 10am and 2pm.
