Description
Please be advised that due to an electrical fault, the pump out at Pewsey Wharf has failed and is currently inoperable.
Contractors have been informed and we will update this notice when the repair has been completed.
In the meantime, we apologise for any inconvenience & invite customers to contact the Customer Service Team on 03030404040 or at enquiries.walessouthwest@canalrivertrust.org.uk should there be any specific questions regarding this notice.

Further to the notice below, we are pleased to advise that Pewsey pump out has now been repaired and is fully operational.

9/11/2024Further to the notice below, there were initially problems with the electrical connections with this pump out but further investigations revealed that repairing the pump out would be a complex job.
A permanent repair has taken place on the pump out itself but signal strength to the card reader remains an issue.
The Trust is undertaking steps to acquire and fit an external antenna to boost the signal strength to the card reader on the pump out in order to complete the works.
We will update this notice when we have further information.
