Description
The Grand Union Canal Leicester Line has been closed since the 31st January from Kibworth Top Lock 18 to Spinny Lock 24 to allow for a repair of culvert 44, which requires dams to be placed across the navigation from 1st February for up to eight weeks.
The closure will remain in place until completion of the works, anticipated to be 27th March 2024.
We will update this notice by the 27th March or as soon as further information is available.
