Description
Third party contractors will be carrying out various work at point between the locks.
The works are associated with the realignment of the Trans-Pennine cycle route which runs along the canal towpath and the offside path.
A new vehicle access barrier and pedestrian cycle/bypass will be installed and the existing field gate and cycle barrier removed. Signage will be amended to suit the changeed route.
Vehicle access may be limited for periods at Woodlesford Lock.
Please take instruction from staff on site.
