Description
Contractors on behalf of National Grid will be replacing a HV cable located in the rear verge of the towpath. The towpath will be closed and moorings suspended between the railway bridge (Br95A) and Watling St V4 (Br 96) for the duration. A towpath diversion will be in place from Br 93A Bletcham H10 to Watling St V4 for onward travel.
Updates
The works have been delayed by one week. The works will now start on the 19th February for two weeks.
2/9/2024Contractors on behalf of National Grid will be replacing a HV cable located in the rear verge of the towpath. The towpath will be closed adjacent the railway bridge (Br95A). A towpath diversion will be available via Watling St (A5) and Simpsons Rd for onward travel
