Description
The pump out is currently out of order due to an electrical issue, please bear with us whilst our contractors investigate.
Updates
The pump out is now open for use.
There are some remedial works required in the roadside waste removal pump early next week, but this should not affect the pump out being used.
We apologise for the time this repair has taken, there have been several issues relating to the downtime here.
3/1/2024Unfortunately our reactive contractor was unable to replace the cable as originally intended. They also found further damage to other cables from rodents.
We have now arranged for our electrical contractor to attend to complete the cable replacement and repairs but also to check the complete system to ensure it is safe for use.
They will be in attendance next week and we have stressed the priority and concern of customers in the area. As soon as we receive a timeframe from them, we'll update this notice.
2/16/2024As of 16:00 today 29.1.24 the CSF will be available again for use.
The Pump out only is still out of order whilst we await repairs to the damaged cables.
1/29/2024The whole facility is now out of order as there are now additional drainage issues.
Refuse and waterpoints remain in service.
Further investigations to follow to resolve these issues.
