Description
The shower facility at Harecastle Tunnel, North portal, is out of use due to an electrical fault. Our contractors are aware but due to the Christmas and New Year period there may be a delay in attending.
The remaining facilities will remain accessible to customers when the tunnel is staffed during normal operating hours
Updates
Please note the shower will not be reinstated in line with our customer service facility policy.
The Elsan & toilet are still available.
11/21/2024For public safety we will be getting the shower drained down and isolated as it is not cost effective to repair.
This shower will remain closed whilst we complete our Customer Service Facilities review.
