Description

Please be advised due to the recent storms across the North West Region our specialist contractors will be carrying out works this week to remove a build-up of siltation from the bridge caissons at Hayhurst & Town Swing Bridges in Northwich on the Weaver Navigation.

Navigation will be closed to vessels with air draught greater than 7ft 6ins / 2.3m during this time.

If your boat dimensions are suitable for a passage through Anderton Boat Lift, these restrictions do not apply.

A further update will be provided Friday 24 November.
