Description
Third party contractors, Universal Coatings Ltd on behalf of West Lindsey District Council, will be crane lifting the Saxilby visitor mooring footbridge back into its original position on Thursday 23rd November.
This is following its removal for refurbishment works. There will be several crane lifts undertaken to reinstall all elements of the bridge.
Boats should expect delays as the navigation will be closed during lifting operations. Passing boats are asked to moor-up and wait, however they will be allowed to continue their journey, safely, in-between crane lifts.
