Description
Please be advised that the boom which is normally secured across the weir above Diglis Lock has become detached during the recent flooding.
If you are travelling this section when the river levels have dropped, please ensure that all craft are kept well away from the weir as there is no protection to prevent craft becoming stranded.
If you are travelling downstream from Bevere keep as far to the left of the navigation as possible as you approach Digils Island and lock.
If you are travelling upstream keep as far to the right as possible as you leave the lock until you are well clear of the weir.
