Description
Due to heavy rainfall overnight all flood locks and gates are now closed.
Anchor Pit
Cooper Bridge Flood Lock
Battyeford Flood Lock
Ledgard Flood Lock
Greenwood Flood Gates
Longcut/Thornhill Flood Lock
Thornes Flood Lock
Wakefield Flood Lock
With Storm Babet arriving and further rain forecast throughout the day, tomorrow and the weekend the flood gates and locks are likely to remain closed for the next few days. River levels will be closely monitored and flood gates and locks reopened when river levels allow.
Please consult the Strong Stream Warning boards and markers at flood locks/gates before venturing into the river sections of the navigation.
