PROCEED WITH CAUTION

We are removing the padlock at Lock 10 this afternoon, but please be aware that the locks on the Avon are likely to be inoperable due to the build up of silt caused by recent flooding events.

Now that the river is navigable, our dredging contractor will be working to clear these deposits as quickly as possible, from tomorrow onwards.

Please keep well clear of the dredger and take extra care when navigating the river, due to the risk of floating debris.

We will provide progress updates on this notice, as and when received.
