Description
Construction works in connection with the upgrading of approximately 9km length of towpath and towpath access points on the Trent & Mersey Canal, Burton, between Bridge 35 and Aqueduct 23 (Dove Aqueduct).
Works will be delivered progressively in a phased programme.
Works will be undertaken by our contractor CPC Civils. Where possible, the towpath will be kept open with towpath users diverted around the works. Work will be delivered to a linear rolling programme, which aims to contain works within as short a section as is practicably possible.
