Description
The Trust has received a report of a sunk vessel located somewhere between Victoria Bridge and a point 200m upstream of the bridge. The Trust has undertaken an initial inspection and so far been unable to locate the vessel. Skippers of all craft are advised to proceed with caution when navigating in this area of the river.
The Trust will undertake further inspections and will update this notice accordingly. In the meantime any reports of underwater obstructions in this area should be reported to Canal & River Trust staff on 01642 633273
