Navigation will be closed between Lock 1 and Lock 4 on the Hurleston Flight of the Llangollen Canal from 3:00pm on Thursday, 9 July until 9:30am on Friday, 10 July.

This closure is necessary due to low water levels, which require the local team to replenish to ensure safe navigation through the flight.

We have planed this closure for tomorrow to allow all boaters time to plan their journeys and minimise any disruption. We kindly ask customers to be considerate when operating the locks prior to the closure taking effect and to help conserve water wherever possible.
