The navigation remains closed from Lock 25 to Lock 30 as water levels are still below those required for safe navigation. The levels are slowly recovering; however, the navigation will remain closed today to allow further replenishment. The team is continuing to monitor the situation closely and will carry out another assessment tomorrow (Friday 10th July) . A further update will be provided by 1:00 pm.

The navigation is closed from Lock 25 to Lock 30 due to heavy boat use yesterday making the pounds too low for navigation. We need to refill them to make the level sufficient for boat movement. The team will be closely monitoring the water levels and will update the notice when it has recovered.
