Third-party contractors will be onsite between Bridge 6, Cambrian Street Road Bridge & Bridge 5, Beswick Street Road Bridge on the Ashton Canal to operate a traffic management system along the towpath. This is due to planned works being undertaken at Brunswick Mill.
These works will be taking place on Monday, 29 June 7am until Friday, 10 July at 7pm.
Whilst the towpath is restricted, navigation remains open, however, we request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop to allow the equipment to be moved out the way for safe passage. Please listen and take instruction from contractors on site.
We anticipate a wait of no longer than 5 minutes.
