Navigation is restricted between Lock 43, Red Bull lock on the Trent & Mersey Canal to Poole Aqueduct 11 on the Macclesfield Canal, from 09:00am on Monday 22 June until 12:00pm on Friday 26 June.

This restriction is due to an access pontoon being installed across the canal, to allow our team to access the site.

Whilst both the towpath and navigation will remain open, we would request all customers to approach the area with caution and listen to any advice that may be given on site. Boaters should be prepared to stop to allow equipment to be moved to ensure safe passage.
