Please be advised that a fallen tree has caused damage to the towpath-side bank, resulting in erosion that has encroached onto the towpath.

Contractors will be carrying out repair works commencing week beginning 8th June 2026, for approximately 5 days.

Contractors may need to temporarily hold craft and pedestrians when carrying out lifting operations.

Delays of up to 30 minutes may occur during the works.
