The pump-out facility at Johnson's Hillock Customer Services on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal is currently out of service due to a fault with the suction.
After further inspection, contractors have established the pump out needing to be replaced. Parts have been placed on order.
A further update will be provided on or before Friday, 22 May.

After further inspection, contractors have found that the pump has also failed and will need to be replaced.
We are currently awaiting parts for the pump repair.

Contractors have carried out their first initial site visit and are looking to reattend on Friday to finish repairs.

Repairs were initially scheduled; however, these were delayed due to a shortage of required parts. The necessary parts have now been obtained, and we are awaiting confirmation of a date for the contractor to complete the repair.
A further update will be provided by 4 pm on or before Tuesday, 05 May.

Unfortunately, our specialist contractors have experienced delays in sourcing the materials required to complete the repair to the pump out.
