The Tow path top gate paddle condition has become unstable for safe use due to rot and will require replacing.
To undertake the paddle and spindle post replacements, the Handrail will also need to be removed and so occasionally and for short periods of time during this process, our onsite team will need to hold up Navigation or assist passage by operating the lock for customers.
