The off side ground paddle has become disconnected, causing slow operation of the lock, A top stop plank installation and de-watered lock head is required to repair the failed paddle connections and bracket, we will also take the opportunity to inspect and repair as required, the tow path ground paddle connections.
The Towpath remains unrestricted.
