Contractors working on behalf of the Local Authority are replacing the footbridge connecting West Park to Broad Street, Long Eaton between Monday 16th March and Sunday 10th May from 7am to 6pm.  Moorings will be suspended within the site compound area during this time.   This work will be undertaken using a floating pontoon to cross the canal to access both work sites.  The pontoon will be moved promptly to ensure the navigation is not restricted.  The site contact number is 07867 162931 and will also be published on site signage.
