The local Operations team has now visited the site and our contractor has been appointed to attend urgently to empty the septic tank.
Once we have received confirmation that the tank has been empty and the elsan is available for use, we will update this notice.

We have been made aware of sewage rising through a manhole cover at Whitley Customer Service Facility and request that this facility is not used until this can be investigated on Monday 5th January 2026.
An update will be provided on Monday 5th January 2026 once the issue has been investigated.
