Specialist operatives will be in the water at Bridge 69b on the Rochdale Canal to carry out an underwater inspection to the bridge abutments.
Whilst navigation will remain open, we would ask all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop if necessary.
We anticipate a wait of no longer than 20 minutes.
Please listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors and take note of any signage onsite.
