Please be aware that Woodlesford Lock will be closed for five days, from 08:00 on Monday 5th January to 17:00 on Friday 9th January. This is to allow divers to inspect and repair the damaged sill.

This notice will be updated when the repair has been completed or if there are any further updates.

Further to the earlier notice, assisted passage will be offered at Woodlesford Lock between 10am and 2pm on Tuesday, 4th November.

Please be aware that Woodlesford Lock will be out of commission for approximately 24 hours, whilst the team investigates an issue with the gates, which are currently not closing fully. This is thought to be due to a problem with the sill.

This notice will be updated tomorrow, Tuesday 4th November, by 12:00 midday.
