We are pleased to welcome a hiking event, organised by Cheshire Scouts, between 11:30am and 18:00pm on Sunday 27 September.
The event will use a section of the towpath between Marbury Hall Bridge, Bridge 196 and Billinge Green Bridge, Bridge 181 on the Trent & Mersey Canal.
Navigation and towpath will remain open, although there may be slight delays, around 300 people are expected to take part in this event.
We politely request all customer to approach the area with caution, listen to the organisers onsite and to take note of any signage installed onsite.
