Please be advised that contractor Oakleigh Contracts will be erecting a scaffold to the rear of property 1 Canal Bridge to carry out building refurbishment works.

Please note that the scaffold will cantilever over into the waterway by approximately 1.2m and customers should approach with caution if entering the basin.

Please observe signs and follow any instructions from the contractor.

The scaffold is expected to be up for approximately 6 weeks.
