Wakefield Sand and Gravel will be running freight barges from Stanley Ferry Quarry to Fleet Lane Wharf with immediate effect. The vessel George Dyson will be used for this movement and anyone moored or cruising in this area should be aware of this new freight traffic and take sensible precautions.
