These works were originally due to complete on 3rd August, however, the contractors have asked to extend the completion date to 12th August 2025.

National Grid Distribution Services are undertaking work to install ducting for an electric cable underneath the River Soar to replace an existing overhead service at Sileby Marina, Rothley https://w3w.co/papers.streak.applause from14th July until 3rd August including weekends between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm.
These works are not expected to affect navigational traffic or towpath users. Please be aware of increased activity in the area.
