Please be advised that a swimming event has been organised by Vicki Carter and Swimoutpodcast from 9am on Wednesday 9th July until 3pm on Thursday 10th July.
The swim will start at Bridge 208 Newbridge in Bath and finish at Hanham Lock 1 in Bristol.
The canal will remain open although there may be slight delays.
Please proceed with care and follow the guidance of the stewards.
