Updates 29/04/2025 15:38 The workboat required to remove the tree trunk is currently being used for essential maintenance work at Holme Lock. As soon as this work is completed we will be able to move the boat to Gunthorpe Lock to remove the fallen tree. In the meantime please be aware of the obstruction and proceed with care. We will update this notice as soon as we have more information. Description There is a partially submerged tree trunk between the riser and the jetty on the downstream mooring pontoon at Gunthorpe Lock 11. We are working to remove this as soon as possible. In the meantime, please proceed with care. We will update this notice by Friday 14th March or sooner if we have more information.
