Contractor installing Scaffold on the offside of the Paddington Arm at 525 Harrow Road. The Trust has mandated a fender be positioned within the waterway to protect boats and the scaffold. This will restrict the width of the canal so a limited stretch of visitor moorings on the towpath side will be suspended for navigational safety.
