Description
There has been a slight land slide, causing a tree to come down into the navigation, which is now partially blocking Sarsons Bridge.
Narrowboats can still go under the bridge, but larger craft may have difficulty getting through.
Our local team will be on site tomorrow, to try and clear some of the vegetation, which will hopefully improve the access under the bridge.
We may need engineers and contractors to deal with the landslide, and this will be established tomorrow, once the vegetation is cleared.
We will update the website at the end of the day tomorrow, with details of where we are with these works.
